STAGE 1
We begin with a thorough briefing session — in person, on site, or remotely — to understand your brand, your space, your objectives, and your constraints. This is where we establish what success looks like for you and begin mapping the project scope.

STAGE 2
With the brief confirmed, we build a full project programme with milestones, lead times, and responsibilities clearly defined. We identify any planning or permissions requirements early, and outline the production and installation approach for each sign type.

STAGE 3
Our design team develops artwork and visualisations for every sign, incorporating your brand guidelines and site conditions. We manage revision rounds efficiently and obtain your sign-off before anything goes into production — no surprises downstream.

STAGE 4
Approved artwork moves into our in-house production facility, where we fabricate, print, and assemble your signage using premium materials and state-of-the-art equipment. Every piece is quality checked against the approved specification before leaving our workshop.

STAGE 5
Our installation team arrives on site as scheduled, with all fixings, tools, and access equipment prepared. We coordinate with your site manager or facilities team to minimise disruption, and ensure every sign is fitted precisely, safely, and to regulation.

STAGE 6
Post-installation, we carry out a comprehensive snagging walkthrough and resolve any outstanding items before formally handing the project over to you. You receive a full sign schedule, maintenance guidance, and ongoing support from the Odysea team.
