Our Installation Process

1

STAGE 1

Initial Consultation

We start by getting to know your business, your brand, and your goals. Whether in person or remotely, we'll discuss your requirements, assess your site, and advise on the best signage solutions to suit your budget and vision.

2

STAGE 2

Design

Our in-house design team brings your ideas to life. We produce detailed visuals and technical drawings for your approval, ensuring every detail — from typography and colour to materials and sizing — is exactly right before anything goes to production.

3

STAGE 3

Production

Once the design is signed off, our skilled craftsmen get to work. Using quality materials and precision manufacturing techniques, we produce signage built to withstand the elements and represent your brand at its very best.

4

STAGE 4

Installation

Our experienced installation team handles everything from start to finish. We work safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to your business — leaving you with signage that's fitted correctly, finished beautifully, and ready to make an impression.

Working with your fit-out

The best office signage is planned alongside the interior, not added at the end. We can work directly with you, or alongside your architect, interior designer or fit-out contractor, to produce a signage schedule that fits the programme.

We install around your working hours to keep disruption to a minimum, and can roll out consistent signage across multiple offices or floors. Everything is produced and installed by our own team across Brighton, Hove and Sussex.

Detailed Pre-Planning

Every installation is planned in advance — site visits, method statements, access planning — so there are no surprises on the day and no delays once the team arrives.

Standalone Installation

Already have your signs produced? We offer installation as a standalone service and will work with your artwork, supplier drawings, or any existing signage scheme.

Minimal Disruption

We respect your business and your customers. Installations are planned to minimise disruption — flexible scheduling, efficient working, and a clean site handed back promptly.

Nationwide for Multi-Site

Coordinating a multi-site rollout? We manage sequential or simultaneous installations across multiple locations — consistent output wherever you need it.

What office signage do you supply?

Reception logos and lettering, door and room signs, directional and wayfinding signage, wall graphics, manifestation on glass, and full interior branding schemes.

Can you install signs without damaging the walls?

Usually, yes. For leased offices we can use fixings and adhesives chosen to be removable, which matters at the end of a tenancy. Tell us about any restrictions in your lease and we will plan around them.

Do you fit glass manifestation to regulations?

Yes. Manifestation on glass doors and partitions needs to meet building regulations for visibility, and we specify it accordingly while keeping it on-brand.

Can you work outside office hours?

Yes. Most interior installations can be scheduled for evenings or weekends so your team is not disrupted.

Can we add to the signage later?

Yes. We keep your artwork and specification on file, so additional door signs or replacements match what is already installed.
