Installed Right. First Time. Every Time.

The quality of a sign isn't just in how it's made — it's in how it's fitted. A poorly installed sign can look unprofessional, fail prematurely, or worse, pose a safety risk. At Odysea Signs, our experienced installation team treats every job with the same care and precision as the production that came before it.

Whether we're fitting a simple set of cut vinyl letters to a shopfront window or erecting a full illuminated fascia system across a new commercial development, we plan every installation in detail, arrive fully equipped, and don't leave until the job is done right.

If you already have signs produced elsewhere — no problem. We offer installation as a standalone service and are happy to work from your specifications, supplier drawings, or existing signage schemes.

Our Installation Process

STAGE 1

Site Survey

We visit your site ahead of installation to assess fixing surfaces, access requirements, services routing, and any structural or planning considerations.

STAGE 2

Install Plan

A detailed installation plan is prepared — including method statement, risk assessment (RAMS), access equipment requirements, and a confirmed installation date.

STAGE 3

Surface Prep

On the day, we prepare all fixing surfaces — cleaning, masking, drilling templates, and setting out positions before a single fixing goes in.

STAGE 4

Precision Fitting

Every sign is fitted using the correct fixings for the substrate, checked for level and alignment, and secured to last — no shortcuts, no rushing.

STAGE 5

Quality Check

Every sign is fitted using the correct fixings for the substrate, checked for level and alignment, and secured to last — no shortcuts, no rushing.

STAGE 6

Clean & Sign-Off

We clean up the site, remove all waste, and formally hand over. You receive a post-installation report and any aftercare guidance needed.

Our installers have decades of combined experience across every sign type, surface, and situation — from traditional shopfronts to complex commercial developments.

Fully Insured & Compliant

Public liability insurance, CSCS cards, current RAMS documentation, and working at height certification — every paperwork requirement covered before we arrive on site.

Detailed Pre-Planning

Every installation is planned in advance — site visits, method statements, access planning — so there are no surprises on the day and no delays once the team arrives.

Standalone Installation

Already have your signs produced? We offer installation as a standalone service and will work with your artwork, supplier drawings, or any existing signage scheme.

Minimal Disruption

We respect your business and your customers. Installations are planned to minimise disruption — flexible scheduling, efficient working, and a clean site handed back promptly.

Nationwide for Multi-Site

Coordinating a multi-site rollout? We manage sequential or simultaneous installations across multiple locations — consistent output wherever you need it.

Let's Create Something Extraordinary

We work directly with sign manufacturers, print companies, branding agencies, and fit-out contractors as a trusted installation partner. If you produce signs but don't have your own installation team — we can be your boots on the ground.

Reliable, compliant, and consistent. We'll represent your business professionally on every site.
